that mixed with water at a 1:11 ratio will match
or in some case surpass the effectiveness of a
solvent-based parts washer solution.
When
the product is filtered with the appropraite filter,
the solution can be used for a extensive amount
of time before the solution must be changed. And
when the solution has lost its' effectiveness,
the filter remains can be disposed of down most
sewer/wastewater drains.
